Hello everyone!
I am 14 years old and currently 165lbs and 5'6". The past year, I have been motivated to lose weight,but ive been too lazy to to anything.I have been reading success stories online and I am deciding its time to get healthy. I am starting highschool next year and I just started a new school. So i think its a good time to loose weight. My goal weight is probably 130lbs. I would like to lose 35lbs.
I have thinner arms, most of my weight is in my theighs and tummy.
I plan on cutting out soda completely and drinking alot of water. Also staying under 1200 calories a day.
I will post my weight and how I am doing at the end of each week(sunday). and i will let you know if i am unable to post due to vacation.

I know what it's like to constantly feel bigger than everyone else and just plain unhealthy. Reading success stories also got me motivated but I'll give you a tip. Stick with it. I tried losing weight and couldn't lose even 5 lbs for more than a week all throughout high school. Once I got to college I stuck with my plan and hey, I lost 15lbs!
ReplyDeleteOther than that, good job on switching soda with water :) and if you get the munchies drink ice cold water and eat fruits/veggies along with it. The thing is you CAN have junk food but just a little bit. Good luck, you can do this!
